spiraling with the Sun through the Deep
spinning around every day
when we're awake and when we're asleep -
in motion there's nowhere to stay

inside the distant heliopause
toroidally in the embrace
of electromagnetically powerful laws
which everyone must face

while moving through darkness filled with the light
of far away glowing stars
swirling and twirling so that we might
keep moving along with Mars

Mercury, Venus, Jupiter too
and all of the other worlds
from Vesta to where Sedna's in view -
together in motion we're swirled

with all of the rest of the galaxy
majestically spinning through time
interwoven electrically
in a universe feeling sublime

while spinning around every day
awake and too when asleep
always in motion with nowhere to stay
traveling through the Deep...
